Mamure - Marek's Music Recognizer
Library and interface for automatic music sheet recognition. Input is an image of a sheet of music and output is a standard MIDI file. Uses a database of symbols together with dynamic recognition to do the recognition. This was my final project of high school and I won the 'A little Czech head' prize for it.

Summary#
This was a very ambitious project for a high-school graduate and while it was working reasonably well, I unfortunately never got time to polish it for a release or write about the techniques that were used to make this work in the pre-deep-learning era. Sorry!
This work was recognized by The Czech Head project (Česká hlava) that awards the highest scientific achievements in the Czech Republic. In 2009, I won the "Little Czech Head" prize for young inventors and the ceremony was televised on national TV.
